At Sweetie Nail Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
